Payment Policy

Payment details for general Bookings

  • FIT     –     100% Prepayment/Deposit should be made to a designated local bank account  through SWIFT or Credit Card payment in  advance on confirmation of the booking.
  •   GITS   –    50% Prepayment/Deposit should be made to a designated local bank account  through SWIFT in advance on confirmation of the booking.
  •   Failure to receive the payments on time is subject for the cancellation of the booking  with prior notice.

Note: Please make payments including the bank charges to our bank account.

Cancellation Policy are as follows:

  • Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted until they have been reconfirmed from Arcanum Maldives  in writing.

For Credit card payments:

  •  Photocopy of the Credit Card, both sides (Master or Visa card)
  •  Filled form with details from the card holder (Download Form)
  • Passport copy of the Credit Card holder.
